30 Day Challenge Update

So my 30 day work-out challenge is going great! I'm on day four which is rest day but since I've been eating a few unhealthy bits for the past four days, I have decided to do a full body workout by Jillian Michaels known as 'No More Trouble Zones' ... It's a circuit training workout which is divided into 7 short circuits with a warm down. I really liked how this firmed up my lower body!


Now as for my challenge, everything is going great, it's not getting intense just yet so I'm using my rest days to speed up the process by working out too!
I'm changing my eating as off tomorrow because I just needed to figure out the best breakfast & lunch options. 
I will be eating:

Breakfast : muesli and a banana

Lunch: salad = spinach, rocket, beetroot, a chicken breast, lemon & olive oil drizzle.

Dinner: Variations. e.g. brown rice and coleslaw / Salad, chicken and pitta pockets / soup

I hope that by eating better, I can reap better results. I want to eliminate sugars, saturated fat and artificial products like juice from concentrate ect ... I have other recipes too but it's all about clean eating!

I'm doing great so far and I will keep you guys updated!

Disclaimer: I have decided not to weight myself throughout the challenge, I want to feel & see my body change. The last time I weighed myself before this challenge, I weighed in at: 
Kilos - 69.2 kg // stones: 10 st 12.6 lb // pounds: 152.6 lbs ... 
My goal weight for summer is: kilos 62.5 kg // stones: 9 st 11.8 lb // 137.8 lbs
