So my 30 day work-out challenge is going great! I'm on day four which is rest day but since I've been eating a few unhealthy bits for the past four days, I have decided to do a full body workout by Jillian Michaels known as 'No More Trouble Zones' ... It's a circuit training workout which is divided into 7 short circuits with a warm down. I really liked how this firmed up my lower body!
