New Years Resolution: Part II

New Years Resolution - Getting in Shape...

One of my new years resolution is to get in shape and so far I have done the Insanity workout for a month and fell sick so I fell off track which has caused my weight to yo-yo!
My weight was as follows:
late teens - 59-61 kg
early twenties - 64-69 kg
So I've gained 10 kg in the last four years and I want to lose at least 5 kg and get back down to 62/63 kg by   mid-summer. I want to look fabulous in my bikini and I believe I can do it! So after having done a month of insanity, I weighed just over 64 kg and was very happy because I was close to my target but after falling ill and quitting, my weight sky rocketed right up to 69.2 kg which has knocked my confidence massively but I decided that with about three month till summer and my birthday, I can actually get in shape!



Butt Lift 

6 pack abs 


I'm working out by doing the 30 day Butt Lift and 30 day 6 pack abs by BeFit on youtube; the great thing about this is it's free and a monthly challenge so I can achieve something in a short space of time. They have lots of challenges going on and new workout everyday so there is only something new; no more excuses!

I have just completed day one and did the tone up from the butt lift and the shred from the 6 pack. i love how quick yet effectively they were especially the butt lift which I could feel working immediately and i cant complain really because I want to tone up a.s.a.p.
