Hey lovelies, although spring is just around the corner, it has been windy and rainy since march began so it's looking like a dull spring so far... 

My o.o.t.d is simple, chic and classic which reflects my style because I like to be on-trend yet find it more fashionable when wearing timeless pieces.

Hey lovelies, sorry I haven't done my OOTD for London Fashion Week, I been so busy with the house move and my internet is feeling ill because it keeps failing on me when I want to blog so that's life right now but onto my outfit... It was nothing special, I just wanted to be comfortable, warm and reflect my personality so nothing crazy!

Spring is here and I thought we'd kick things off with an outfit of the day. This is a simple outfit of the day with bold colours and patterns that transitions well into the new season; the blouse brings the entire outfit together with its burst of colours...

Transitional Trends!

Monochrome is an effortless chic look and works wonderful with a smart twist. The recent monochrome look that I really loved was Beyonce's jumpsuit at the Grammy's 2013; the jumpsuit looked very elegant yet slimming and she tied the whole look with a simple slicked-back low ponytail and black peep-toe sandal heels with a matching clutch topped with minimal jewellery.

 Trey Songz and Chris Brown also nailed the monochrome look at this years' Grammy's. Trey's crisp white shirt and black suit works well with his mocha-late complexion and Chris' all white suit works well against his honey complexion.

I don't know what it is about this trend, but it just comes together really nicely and works, even for the fellas!

Now for my take of the monochrome trend...

The winter blues are in full swing since the snow days are well behind us and most of us are feeling down since it's back to the usual routine but to cheer myself up I managed to catch the final reduction sales and grabbed a few AMAZING bargains...

Boucle Jackets! 

The boucle Jacket is one of this winter's best trend and will be around until next season so it is worth investing in especially since it is such a versatile piece. It can be dressed up for a chic look with a figure hugging dress or skirt and it can be dressed down for a street savvy look with a pair of jeans, clean yet crisp shirt to polish off the jacket!

Hey! Today I'm back with another ensemble, yes you guessed it, it's an outfit of the day! This outfit is a feminine and lady-like look which definitely defines my style. I love this peplum boucle skirt because it compliments my hips which can look out of place in some outfits and I LOVE these shoes! So let's get started...
